Although it's not built yet, the largest and highest condo suite in Toronto is about to hit the market -- with a price tag of $17.5 million. The 11,370-square-foot penthouse will be built atop the 75-storey Aura condominium.

Condo king optimistic about high-rise market

Values may cycle slightly but, over the long term, well-chosen downtown Toronto property is a good place to invest. Having said that, there are some silly parts. For example, condos priced more than $600/square foot really need to be in premium, "name-brand" buildings.

Big attention for Toronto's tiniest house

The smallest house in Toronto keeps getting big attention around the world, especially now that it’s back on the market. The 300 square foot residence, near Dufferin Street and St. Clair Avenue, was built on a laneway between two larger homes back in 1912.
