The Bridle Path palace that time forgot

THE HOUSE AT 20 High Point Rd. has been on and off the market with new listings since it came up for sale for $4.98 million back in 2006.

With a classical style, the massive six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home sits on a prime piece of land in the über-upscale Bridle Path neighbourhood.

The grand entranceway includes sculptures and a water fountain.The home also boasts a plethora of luxurious distractions, including a sauna, exercise room, party and games room, tennis court and pool.

According to agent Eva Wong, the home did sell a couple years back, but it ended in a lawsuit. There have been offers over the years, but nothing the owner would accept. So it sits and sits and sits.
