Brown’s A Short Man’s World opened in 1928, and it’s been a family affair since then. Jeffrey Brown is the third generation and runs the store with his father, Lou. Lou’s father, a tailor named Willie, started the business more than 80 years ago. This off- the-rack store is designed for men 5 foot 8 and under.
