Egg-spress yourself

Brunch on the weekends is my favourite meal of the week.

Brunch on the weekends is my favourite meal of the week.

I don’t look at my watch, and it’s truly about enjoying the food and company.

I also find that a substantial and healthy brunch keeps my energy up for the afternoon, and I’m satisfied right up until dinner. Enjoy!

Here are four ideas for a great brunch:

Frittata with sautéed mushrooms and havarti

French baguette casserole with cranberries and cinnamon

Poached eggs and smoked salmon with cream cheese on english muffins

Blintz Soufflé with Blueberry Sauce
