FREE 50+ Drop-in Stretch & Breathe (Chair Exercises)

This event occurs weekly, on Monday and Wednesday.


Drop in for this FREE program, which is an ancient Chinese system of mild exercise, inspired by animal movement that is related to Tai-Chi, Chi Gung and Chinese Yoga.
