Continuing to explore Jewish culture, the Temple Sinai Social Club presents a lecture series. The story of the life of Lorenzo Da Ponte (1749–1838) has been entertaining students of Italian for two centuries, from his humble roots in the Jewish ghetto beginning in 1749, through his days as a seminary student and vice rector and priest.
