| Description |
What is at the core of our Jewish identity? What does being a Jew demand of us? What does it offer us? These questions have been addressed in traditional text for centuries. An Israeli scholar and leader, Dr. Yair Caspi, combines fresh modern insights, traditional concepts and Israeli perspectives in his book Inquiring of God: Foundations of Talmudic and Biblical Psychology. Rabbi Dolgin, who shared insights from Dr. Caspi on High Holy Days this past fall, will lead us in a series of sessions that give us a chance to ask any question and to search for real and powerful answers. Let’s study together. A copy of Dr. Caspi’s book is downloadable on computer or Kindle. Light refreshments will be served with Rabbi Michael Dolgin Time: 10:15 a.m. 210 Wilson Avenue. Cost: $2, payable at the door. For more information, please contact the Education Office at 416-487-3281 or email education@templesinai.net and visit us online at www.templesinai.net |
