Ajai Sai Thornhill Would just like to let you know how our experience went at this restaurant! Which was part of my Mother's Day gift, was to take me to this Japanese restaurant, we went for dinner on Sunday May 29th. Well it started off okay and our daughter ordered for us as we were not knowledgeable on Japanese food. Our food came and they mixed up our order (if you don't eat most of it they charge you extra)???? so we sent it back. After that the rest of our food did not come, I had eye contact with our waitress 3 times and she ignored us. Patiently we waited, after 15 minutes or so we told her we were still waiting again no food, so I got up from the table and went to her and explained we were still waiting for the rest of our order, which now we have ordered twice. She then returned with the chicken and dumplings which should have been hot but NOT, and all of it wasn't there. The whole ordeal was not the pleasant dinner we were anticipating. I just had to vent and as you review restaurants thought this is the place to inform you of our terrible experience. Thank you Pat Barber pbarber@burnshubley.com
