Her southern Italian cooking is bright and robust, loaded with flavour. Mama Rosa’s meatballs are big, tender and bathed in her dazzling trademark tomato sauce. Her lasagna is equally delectable. She grills both sardines and calamari perfectly and makes grand balsamic-tossed veg. Waitstaff are part of the family too, with warmth and brio.
