Local institution still cookin’ after 25 years

Avenue Road’s the Main Course is celebrating 25 years in business. Providing quality cookware, kitchenware and the largest selection of table linen in the city is half of what has made the store a success, says owner Marjorie Agnew. The other half? “One of our strengths is the knowledge and the service that my staff has,” she says. “I think we have always been strong on service” (1910 Avenue Rd., 416-787-7742).
