Mimmo Comande is proud to announce the opening of his new shop The Olive Oil Boutique. The boutique carries five types of 100 per cent Italian olive oil, alongside 16 types of balsamic vinegars, specialty sandwiches and a deli offering meats free of hormones and preservatives. According to Comande, the shop is all about quality. “I am all about customer service and passion, but it is the respect for the tradition, for the way that things are supposed to be made, that is most important,” he says.
