Daily Planet: Turning our city into an urban farming mecca

Humans are fast becoming city dwellers. According to the United Nations, “The urban population of the world has grown rapidly from 746 million in 1950 to 3.9 billion in 2014.”

This weekend’s 15th Boobyball added a Paradise City twist to raising funds for Rethink Breast Cancer

This past weekend, piles of revelers donned tropical outfits and headed to Boobyball, the breast cancer fundraiser extraordinaire. Held at Rebel nightclub (formerly Sound Academy), the 15th annual party in support of Rethink Breast Cancer was given a ‘Paradise City’ theme which was by no means taken lightly.
