This gentle, slow-paced class can help your back by strengthening your core, improving your posture and increasing your flexibility. This class does not have a cardio component but it does have a mat component. The mat component can be done sitting or standing. Please note that while this class is therapeutic in nature, it is NOT a substitute for a medical doctor or a physical therapist.
