Turn back the clock and increase your energy level with Osteo Exercise. This exercise is composed of gentle resistance/strength training and postural exercises, using small weights and stretch bands. There is a cardio component. Must be aged 50+.
Please note that all participants attending for their first time MUST come in at least 20 minutes early.
