The Richmond Hill Group of Artists is pleased to bring back our popular Artist in Residence Summer Program. Each week different RHGA members will turn the front room gallery into a studio. There will be original artwork in various stages of completion as artist use the week to demonstrate and create. Completed work will also be on display and for sale. Come in often to see the progress and the variety of talented artist in our community! Summer Gallery Hours: Fridays - 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturdays - 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Sundays - 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm Mondays - Closed Tuesdays - 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Wednesdays - 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursdays - 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm ** (Mill Pond Concert in the Park evenings) Week 8 Friday, August 18 to Thursday, August 24 Three different artists that compliment one another. The artists will be creating new pieces of art at the gallery. Come and see their beautiful portraits, whimsical and abstract art. Mary Espinosa Mary is on a journey to capture and express light and movement in her paintings. She works with different mediums and techniques. Her work is created using acrylic, oil and mixed media.(work shown) Sylva Sroujian I believe art is about exploring endless creativity - I see beauty in nature and people and put my vision onto a board with every piece of art I create. Astha Tewari Mixed media, landscape, still life, and abstract No admission fee, free parking The Mill Pond Gallery is located in the heart of historic Richmond Hill across from the beautiful Mill Pond Park.
