Cheap Eat of the Week: the ice cream sangwich from The Burger’s Priest

The lines haven’t slowed since the newest Burger’s Priest opened on Queen West over a month ago, but hey, who wouldn’t wait in line for a burger stuffed between two grilled cheese sandwiches?

With more and more being added to the menu as each location opens, we’re excited to now have the ice cream sangwich (yes, spelled with a “g”). At $4.29, it’s simply your choice of ice cream sangwiched between two homemade chocolate chip cookies. You can, in fact, have up to three types of ice cream in your sangwich.

Pictured above: coffee and vanilla. Additional ice cream options include chocolate, strawberry and banana. It’s a perfect summer treat, just in case you’re not full from your Vatican City burger.
