#100 Aria

Aria is tailor-made for channeling one’s inner glamour girl or guy. From the marvellous undulating wood sculpture to the gracious waitstaff and the triple height ceiling, it’s all grace. Their luxe Italian menu pays special attention to fine Italian ingredients and the joys of each season. In fall and winter there are white truffles and fresh porcini, both divinely fragrant, generously strewn on Venetian-style risotto and clever crudi like sweet raw fluke with chilies and mostarda (mustardy candied fruit). In spring asparagus and peas brighten plates, and summer brings seasonal fruits. Trad mains like osso bucco get equal respect. Aria’s sole downside is the distraction of the huge sports screen on the adjacent Maple Leaf Square. Request a table with no screen view.
